CANCELLATION POLICY Your spa appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please notify us 6 hours in advance of your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment or cancel less then 6 hours in advance, you will be charged the full price for reserved services. In order to honor each guest's experience, late arrivals will receive only the remaining time of their appointment. All Spa Packages or multiple treatments require a 24-hour notice for cancellations and will be charged a 20% gratuity.
