Chef de Cuisine Robert Hohmann's career has toured some of America’s finest kitchens, working alongside culinary legends such as Jonathan Benno, Mario Batali, Jacques Pepin, Michael Chiarello and Thomas Keller.
Spectacular indoor and outdoor dining at 1500 OCEAN offer a comfortable cabana setting and stunning ocean views. Arrive early for your reservation to enjoy seasonal cocktails made with ingredients from the hotel's onsite herb garden and stay cozy by the fire pits at the Sunset Bar. 1500 OCEAN is open Tuesday through Saturday, 5:30pm to 9:30pm. The outdoor Sunset Bar opens at 5pm.

SUNSET BAR SUMMER KICK-OFF: JUNE 1
Celebrate the start of summer overlooking the Pacific on Saturday, June 1, 2-4pm. Enjoy fresh shucked oysters accompanied by cocktails using ingredients from our harvest garden. The event includes 5 oyster samplings and two cocktails and is $30 per person (does not include tax or gratuity). Space is limited. For reservations, call 619-522-8490.
