Featuring an expansive outdoor dining terrace and giant fireplaces, Sheerwater is the Hotel del Coronado’s refined, yet casual oceanfront restaurant. Sheerwater's "Fish by the Sea" menu takes advantage of the restaurant's beachfront location and features classic bistro-style cuisine with a focus on fresh and sustainable seafood. The menu also features a variety of meat and vegetarian options, plus some old favorites. A special children’s menu is also available and includes original takes on traditional childhood favorites.

Sheerwater serves a breakfast buffet (7am – 11:30am), lunch (11:30am–3pm), cocktails, light fare and dinner (5pm–9pm) daily.
